First...Gary Moore is my favorite guitar player. Not solely on his technical ability, but also for his ability to capture a feeling or emotion when he plays. The first time I heard Gary Moore was his cover of "Shapes Of Things To Come". I bought everything I could get my hands on. He is one of the few guitar players that is allowed in my library that plays blues.
