When Valley Girl came out in 1983, it was filled with song after song after song. I loved them all. But the one song that stands out is when Julie and Randy are in a Punk club and The Plimsouls are playing "A Million Miles Away". It was so relative, the L.A. Punk scene meeting the Valley New Wave. Well that song isn't on here and for what ever reason, I never went back and gave this a listen. It's incredible. It's Power Pop at it's finest. Immediately put into rotation!
