Syl Sylvain and The Teardrops - Medicine Man (1981)

Here's a very poppy Power Pop song from an obscure band called "Syl Sylvain and The Teardrops".Turns ouy that Syl is none other than Sylvain Sylvain from the infamous "New York Dolls". I'll be blunt, to me, this is much better than the New York Dolls. Perhaps I overlooked the Dolls because of their schtick, thinking it was less substance and more show. Maybe I will one day find the New York Dolls as enjoyable music, maybe I won't. There is much better music out there to find...until their isn't...it is what it is...And here is Syl Sylvain and The Teardrops and Medicine Man.
